Stop Cancellation.

When a stop is removed from the route schedule, a prompt will appear requiring a reason for the cancellation including the cancellation date, reason for cancellation, and what company the customer might have switched to. 

This is a powerful way of staying on top of your cancellations to help determine if your company is having issues with a route or driver, not pricing competitively or any other miscellaneous reasons.
