RouteStar Solutions syncs on a timer with QuickBooks typically every thirty minutes, however, you can also sync at will.  Quickly see when the last sync time with QuickBooks™ occurred.

Seamless integration with QuickBooks™

  • New Customers – When a new customer is set-up in RouteStar, it will automatically be added to QuickBooks™ data base as well. In addition, if a customer is created in QuickBooks™, on the next sync it will push down to RouteStar Solutions.
  • New jobs/tasks – When a job is created for a customer in QuickBooks™,  that same job will be created in RouteStar Solutions and vice versa, any job created in RouteStar will be pushed into QuickBooks™ as a job as well. 
  • Transactions SyncAny invoices, payments, etc., entered in RouteStar Solutions will sync to QuickBooks™ and vice versa.

Set-up recurring payments.

  • Payments Received – Any payments received and posted to RouteStar Solutions in the field or the office sync as payments into QuickBooks™. 
  • Recurring Payments – If a customer allows for recurring payments, they can can be set up as recurring credit card payments or ACH payment and automatically run every month or any other frequency.
  • Group Customer Payments  – Group customers that pay every month or by any other frequency.
  • Process Credit Cards From The Field – Drivers have the ability to process credit card payments, capture signatures and email directly from the field .
